Due to the nature of bulk and wholesale orders, all sales are generally final. However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

 

• Items are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival  

• You contact us within 3 days of delivery  

• Products remain unused and in original packaging  

 

To request a return, please email sales@cybernestsupply.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

 

Approved returns may be eligible for replacement or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
